Early Bird Reception

The Early Bird Reception will set the stage for our convention on Thursday night at 6:00 p.m.

We will be serving some delicious finger foods and playing lots of fun Christmas reindeer

games. Bingo will be played at $5.00 per card, along with other games that we know

everyone will enjoy!

We will have several vendors set up in our Tradeshow area this year. This will be a perfect

time to get some last minute Christmas gifts as well as gather information and ideas for

next year’s fair season! If you know of anyone who might be interested in having a booth,

have them contact Carolyn Wynn for more info.

Friday night should be packed with fun activities! Starting at 6:00, we will have a Midway

Buffet with your favorite carnival foods being served. SANTA will also be stopping by for

photos!! Brody McKinney will entertain us during this fun time prior to the auction. Then at

7:30, our Live Scholarship Auction will take place. This will be followed by Copper Flats

putting on a great show to round out the evening. You do not want to miss this!

We want to encourage everyone to stay for the Awards Banquet and dinner, which will be

held on Saturday night beginning at 6:00 p.m. We will present awards to several deserving

people, as well as introduce our new AFMA officers and directors. Boysterus Music will

provide the entertainment. Please purchase tickets for this event ($45) before noon on

Friday of the convention.
