Welcoming Our Junior Ambassadors – The Next Generation of the Fair Industry!

AFMA is thrilled to share that our Junior Ambassador Program continues to grow and shine!

This year, we are proud to have 14 incredible Junior Ambassadors joining us at the

conference. These young leaders will be on hand throughout the event to assist, help, and

represent the future of the fair industry with enthusiasm and pride.

The Junior Ambassador Program is an amazing opportunity to engage and inspire the next

generation — giving them hands-on experience, industry insight, and the chance to build

lasting connections with fair professionals from across the state. By involving youth in our

conference and association activities, we’re not only investing in their future but also

strengthening the foundation of the fair industry for years to come.

Be sure to say hello to our Junior Ambassadors during the conference! They’ll be assisting

with sessions, helping at events, and spreading that special AFMA spirit wherever they go.

We are so proud of these young leaders and excited to watch them grow as they help make

this year’s Country Christmas Conference one to remember!

Remember, if you have any

questions, please feel free to reach out to AFMA or to myself directly at 870-654-3418.

Sincerely, Hayley-Beth Skelton Junior Ambassador Chairman
